Plain wafflesticks - Flour, milk, sugar, eggs, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, lemon juice SULPHITE, salt, vegetable oil, releasing spray.

Milk chocolate - Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil, Fully Hydrogentated Palm Oil), Whey Powder (MILK), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Polyglycerol polyricinoleate, Lecithin (SOYA); Flavouring.

E numbers are codes for food additives approved for use in the EU and UK, used to identify substances like preservatives, colours, and emulsifiers that have passed safety assessments. They are not inherently unsafe; many are natural substances, though some synthetic additives are linked to health issues, such as hyperactivity in children in large consumptions.
