REFUNDS

Changes to orders need to be made no less than 48 hours before dispatch. Refunds will NOT be given if you cancel your event or change your mind, should cancellation be made by myself due to an unforeseen circumstance you will be refunded 100% of your payment. Under some circumstances a new date can be agreed.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All boxes are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges as these are perishable goods. Unless your order is damaged and photographic evidence is provided within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, we may then on this occasion accept your claim for a refund. Please contact me as soon as possible to ensure a reasonable solution is provided.
